The "IK Screen" is a dedicated filter for resin extruders and screen changers that can remove impurities such as foreign substances and carbides with high precision. In addition to standard products, we can propose wire mesh that has been processed according to your needs, including types with multiple mesh sizes spot-welded together and reinforced frame types with increased pressure resistance, allowing for flexible adaptation to various types of resin extruders. We also manufacture filters and accessories in various materials and shapes. For improved corrosion resistance, we use materials such as nickel, Monel, and Hastelloy. For enhanced functionality, we utilize metal non-woven fabrics like BMTzz, Naslon, and Bekipor. To boost productivity, we offer suggestions for cost reduction, including the use of twill woven wire mesh, among others. 【Features】 ■ Available in sizes ranging from 8mm to 1000mm in diameter, in increments of 0.5mm. ■ A wide selection of products is available in the main sizes (diameter 8mm to 400mm). ■ The mesh opening of the wire can be adjusted from 0.04μm to 16mm. ■ Compatible with various materials, including stainless steel, iron, and non-ferrous metals. ■ Stretch processing helps to suppress twisting, waviness, and wave formation. *For more details, please refer to the documentation.
